You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to follow your ApplicationUSA.com advisor's instructions and submit all required documentation and/or fee(s) to the appropriate organization(s) as instructed by your ApplicationUSA.com advisor before the application deadline of the term/semester/session/quarter you are applying for.

You understand and agree that ApplicationUSA.com will only process your application and will send it to the school, to which you are applying, only after receiving the non-refundable and required processing fee (E-Advising Fee) from you. This Fee is Non-Refundable and required and CANNOT be waived. Therefore you understand and confirm that before your application can be processed you must pay the required non-refundable processing fee and school's non-refundable application fee. Your advisor will provide you with step-by-step instructions which will guide you through application for admission process.

You also understand and agree that this fee is required and is non-refundable even if you wish to cancel your application for any reason or if your application for admission is rejected by the school to which you applied, or if your if your student visa application is rejected.

You understand and agree that applying to a school/program and paying the required fee(s) alone do not guaranty you admission into that school and/or program and that the school you are applying to makes the final admission decision and that ApplicationUSA.com has no authority on admission decision making process, and is not to be held liable/responsible for any undesired situation and/or outcome.

You understand and agree that you may be asked to submit additional documentation to the school you are applying to, and/or to ApplicationUSA.com directly, in support of your initial application completed via ApplicationUSA.com.
